We’re back at Turner & George Angel for another midweek feast — and this time, we’re doing things properly indulgent. The spotlight is on lamb: rich, tender, luxurious lamb, cooked over fire and paired with wines that do it justice.

The BBQ will be blazing with a line-up that shows lamb at its very best — from smoky skewers to butter-soft shoulders and slow-grilled chops that fall off the bone. This isn’t your everyday supper. It’s lamb elevated.
On wine duties: the brilliant Victoria Sharples — expert palate-whisperer and the only person we’d trust to pair a glass with meat this good. Expect elegant matches and a few revelations along the way.
