Richard H. Turner is an acclaimed executive chef from the likes of Hawksmoor, Pitt Cue, Blacklock and Foxlow with an unwavering passion for food. James George is a man who knows and loves his trade – a keen advocate of traditional butchery and cutting methods.
Together, they formed East London Steak Company in 2010, and with demand hammering at their door, Turner & George was born. The established butcher’s shop is a haven for food enthusiasts, both online and over the counter at their shop in Angel.
