Our butchery classes run after hours at 399 St John St EC1 once a month. Classes are led by one of our top butchers, who will teach you how to bone out a pork shoulder and then mince and make your own batch of sausages to take home, with a variety of different flavourings on hand.

Classes last approximately 2.5 hours and there will be plenty of opportunity to taste throughout and pair up combinations with a glass of wine (or two).
