Our butchery classes run after hours at 399 St John St EC1. They're 90 minutes long and are led by one of our expert butchers. Lamb classes feature a whole hindquarter, cut into grilling steaks, chops and a roasting joint and you'll take away whatever you cut.
The classes are designed to give you essential knowledge to prep and cook your own meat, as well as info on provenance, ageing, slaughtering and farming.
