As you may (or may not) be aware, we're setting up a stream of events over at Greensmiths in SE1 and the next one will be held in just over two weeks time.
The theme for the evening is to simply introduce some basic concepts surrounding regenerative farming, all in conjunction with our partners at Grassroots Farming. Alastair Trickett, one of the founders of Grassroots, will be in the house and he will be explaining some of the core principles surrounding regenerative agriculture.
We will, of course, be serving up a selection of cuts for everyone to taste. And some fine wine, to help you process and digest all that information.
Given that we will be talking about how soil health, biodiversity and animal welfare all contribute to the ‘terroir’ and flavour of the beef, it would be a little amiss of us if we didn’t.
But the main point is to shine some light on a project that we have been carefully nurturing for some time now - and we're looking to get the word out there.
