Our slow-grown Yorkshire Bronze Turkeys from Herb Fed roam freely outdoors and enjoy a natural diet enriched with fresh herbs. They’re raised to a minimum age of 20 weeks, then dry-plucked and hung for 10 days to ensure exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Crowns offer all the best of the bird — the legs and wings are expertly removed for quicker cooking and easier carving.
