Born out of a wickedly good collaboration with the UK’s finest sausage maker, Alasdair Clark of SOSIJ, this is no ordinary banger. Just in time for UK Sausage Week, we’ve conjured up something a little sweet, a little savoury, and dangerously moreish.
Flavoured with diced apple, Aleppo flakes, a good hit of miso (obviously), and a cheeky twist of fudge, this snag has layers of flavour that shouldn’t work together—but absolutely do. The result? A sausage that’s perfect for any All Hallows’ shenanigans, bonfire gatherings, or just because you fancy something a bit different on your plate.
