Sourced from a family-run farm near the historic town of Bradford on Avon in Wiltshire, these geese are lovingly hand-reared and allowed to roam freely across the farm.
Prepared with care using the traditional methods of dry-plucking and hanging for one week, each bird develops exceptional flavour and texture. This natural process preserves and enhances the succulence that makes these geese so special.
