Our slow-grown Yorkshire Bronze Turkeys, sourced from Herb Fed, roam freely outdoors and are fed on fresh herbs alongside a natural, additive-free cereal diet. Raised to a minimum of 20 weeks, each bird is then dry-plucked and traditionally hung for 10 days to ensure exceptional flavour and texture.
The herbs don’t make the turkeys taste “herby,” but they do enrich the bird’s natural character, adding depth, richness and a wonderfully distinctive flavour.
