We’ve got something seriously special cooking this summer.
On Wednesday, June 4th, we’re teaming up with the brilliant Raj from The Homies Kitchen for a one-night-only Indian BBQ takeover upstairs at Gladwells. Think bold flavours, smoky grills, and a riot of spices – all brought together by a shared love of great meat and uncompromising flavour.
We first crossed paths with Raj at Meatopia last year, where his cooking turned more than a few heads. His food was a festival standout — vibrant, inventive, and deeply rooted in Indian street food traditions while being entirely his own. One bite and we knew we had to collaborate.
Fast forward to today, and after a few behind-the-scenes tastings (and more than a few dreams about butter chicken), we’re thrilled to finally bring this to life.
This pop-up is more than just dinner. It’s a feast. Here's what we’re serving:

Course 1
Masala Poppadom - A crunchy, spiced start to awaken your palate.
Course 2
Tandoori Lamb Chops - T-bone lamb chops with a curry leaf & almond crumb, served alongside burnt onion raita. Bold, juicy, and unapologetically rich.
Butter Chicken Wings - Smoked chicken wings smothered in a butter chicken sauce, topped with chives and a drizzle of cream. It’s everything you love about butter chicken – with bones.
Pork Belly Burnt Ends - Sticky, sweet, and spicy. These pork belly bites come glazed with pineapple & chilli, scattered with crispy far far and a fresh herb crumb.
Pork Belly Slider - Tender pork belly slices with charred pineapple and crunchy cabbage, all tucked into a soft slider bun. BBQ soul with an Indian heart.
Roasted Bombay Butter Potatoes - Golden, buttery, and spiced just right.
Chaat Masala Salad - A zingy, crunchy salad hit with classic Indian chaat masala – the perfect cooling contrast.
Course 3
Alphonso Mango Shrikhand - Sweetened Alphonso mango yogurt, toasted almonds, and fresh basil. A rich, floral finish to wrap it all up.
This is going to be a fiery, flavour-packed night – not your average Wednesday.
