Right then, Father’s Day is not too far off now and if you are looking for the perfect gift to reward your Dad for all his support, wisdom and love over the years (we’ll forget about the jokes) this is the one.
We have teamed up once more with our friendly neighbourhood brewers, TWO TRIBES, who are based in Kings Cross and have built a bundle that will more than satisfy his hunger and thirst.
The main driver in our research being - what would Dad like after a day tinkering about in the shed? As a lot of Dads do.
The answer of course is meat and beer and so in the offering we have our 1kg rib steak for two, our legendary Great Cow rub to enhance the flavour and four cans of the good stuff - 2 Metro Session IPA’s and 2 Dream Pale Ales.

The profiles for the beers are all about refreshment, with the IPA containing citrus hops with a backdrop of orange peel and papaya for zest. Whereas the pale interweaves seductive flavours of delicate mango and lime from a punch of Mosaic and Citra hops.
The steak is certainly a bit of a beast but again, bonding is the name of the game on Father’s Day and this is also all built for sharing.
After all, what could be better than cracking open a cold one on a warm afternoon and grilling a handsome, dry-aged slab of rib eye on the BBQ to share with your Dad.
If you have siblings, this could spell trouble. But at least you will go down as the favourite one!
