Our slow grown Yorkshire Bronze Turkeys sourced from Herb Fed forage naturally outdoors and feed on fresh herbs to a minimum age of 20 weeks before being dry plucked and hung for 10 days.
Whilst they don’t taste of herbs, the addition of herbs to their additive free cereal-based diet, encourages and enhances the natural flavours of the bird, bringing depth, dimension and a distinguished flavour too.
