Once again, we’ve teamed up with the maestro of sausages, Alasdair Clark of SOSIJ, to create a Valentine’s special with a little bit of attitude. These are luxury sausages through and through - but they’re also unapologetically naughty.

This limited-edition pack, available for online only, brings together two contrasting characters: one saintly, one sinful. Each pack contains two of each, because no one wants to play favourites on Valentine’s Day.
We’ll also be sharing some suitably seductive recipe inspiration in the run-up to 14th February, so consider this your warning.
The Sainted Hen
Chicken, Tarragon & Confit Leek
Creamy, comforting and quietly indulgent. Succulent chicken with smoked pork fat, confit leek, double cream and fresh tarragon, lifted with lemon zest, Dijon mustard and a touch of Pecorino. Smooth, savoury and dangerously moreish.
The Ibérico Lover
Ibérico Pork with Mojo Verde
Bold, rich and properly wicked. Ibérico pork packed with garlic, herbs and toasted cumin, brightened with sherry vinegar and a gentle warmth from Espelette pepper. Deeply savoury, fragrant and built to impress.
