 Every so often, we'll acquire a carcass of a rare-breed pork and beef in small quantities. From Mackay's Highland, to Ale Fed Dexter, Gloucester Old Spot to Yorkshire Tamworth, you can find cuts of our specialist breeds here. Be quick though, when it's gone, it's gone.
