Whether purchased online or from one of our two locations, all our meat is cut and wrapped to order. So whether it’s a feasting centrepiece, or some lesser-known offal, we’re always happy to deal with individual customer requests.

These bone-in Sirloins are cut from Spanish cows that have been put out to roam in the Galician hills until 15+ years old, resulting in an amazing deep flavour quite unlike anything else found in the UK. Dry-aged by us to 30-40 days.
