Turner & George are purveyors of the kind of meat you’ll always want on your plate. Being perfectionists, we choose the finest, naturally reared meat from native, traditional and rare breeds and dry-age on the bone. The result is a melting succulence and deep, distinct flavour.
Whether purchased online or from one of our two locations, all our meat is cut and wrapped to order. So whether it’s a feasting centrepiece, or some lesser-known offal, we’re always happy to deal with individual customer requests.

We're also ecstatic to announce that we'll be running six rare-breed beef butchery classes at Meatopia 2015! Run by six of the UK's leading butchers, including Charlotte Harbottle of Charlotte's Butchery, Sophie Cumber of Barbecoa, James Wright of Taste Tradition, Dave Kelly of Ruby and White and our veteran Meatopian Niall Davidson. Guests will have the chance to break down a whole forerib from a grass-fed, native animal in a feasting joint and steaks to take home; we're also roping in industry expert Charles Ashbridge to talk through dry-ageing and the ageing process! An increasingly popular meat, Goat is a low cholesterol and low fat alternative to beef and lamb. Our Kid Goats are sourced from high-welfare dairy farms in the Somerset countryside, and are hung from 10-14 days. The result? A healthy, conformed and flavoursome meat with the hew of rose veal.
