Turner & George are purveyors of the kind of meat you’ll always want on your plate. Being perfectionists, we choose the finest, naturally reared meat from native traditional and rare breeds and dry-age on the bone. The result is a melting succulence and deep, distinct flavour.
In celebration of the whole animal, we welcome the nose to tail revolution. All our meat is cut and wrapped to order, so whether it’s a feasting centrepiece, or some lesser-known offal, we’re always happy to deal with individual customer requests.

Years ago hams like this would have hung from every country kitchen ceiling. Salt-cured on the bone for one month using Hannah Woodall's original 1828 method, and matured for another two. Cooked to Richard's recipe (below), this will make the finest roast ham you've ever had.
