Whether purchased online or from one of our two locations, all our meat is cut and wrapped to order. So whether it’s a feasting centrepiece, or some lesser-known offal, we’re always happy to deal with individual customer requests.

We're ecstatic to announce that we'll be running six rare-breed beef butchery classes at Meatopia 2015! Run by six of the UK's leading butchers, including Charlotte Harbottle of Charlotte's Butchery, Lee Frost of WH Frost and Niall Davidson. Guests will have the chance to break down a whole forerib from a grass-fed, native aniimal in a feasting joint and steaks to take home; we're also roping in industry expert Charles Ashbridge to talk through dry-ageing and the ageing process!
