Our butchery classes run after hours at 399 St John St EC1 once a month. Classes are led by one of our top butchers, who will teach you how to bone out a piece of pork loin and pork belly, go through the fundamentals of the curing process, and how to cure your own bacon. 

Classes last approximately 2 hours and there will be more than enough bacon to take home to last a month's worth of fry-ups (or other suitable method for cooking bacon).
