After the success of our wine and meat tasting session back in October, you'll be pleased to hear that Turner & George are running another collaboration in EC1, with our neighbours - Made In Little France.

Given the time of year, the theme of course has to be Christmas and this time around, we are going to give the evening some more structure, extend the hours, and keep things a little bit more intimate and refined.

There will be loads of meat and wine to eat and drink. Don't panic. And no doubt we will all be marching out onto St John Street to the tune of the conga come 10PM. But we do want to inject an educational element!

So, the programme will go as thus:

- How to utilise the turkey - demo will include crowning, boning legs, stuffing and wrapping with bacon.
- A step by step guide to preparing the traditional trimmed beef rib roast.
- Carving the turkey and presenting.
- Wines at Christmas.

Out the back of Made In Little France, we'll have the Drumbecue fired up, with a Herb Fed turkey on the go. Along with some other treats and 'trimmings'.
