Our butchery classes run after hours at 399 St John St EC1 once a month. Classes are led by one of our top butchers and all aspects of chicken cutting will be covered. From standard breakdown to a variety of methods for preparing dishes for the table.
Classes last approximately 2.5 hours and techniques such as Stuffed Legs and Chicken Kiev will be on the agenda, where students will work on two whole chickens and will be able to take home all the cuts afterwards.
