Listen up. We have decided to give our butchery classes at Turner & George a bit of a revamp.

Having run a series of educational and convivial wine tasting classes at EC1 over the last few months, we can see the value of bringing people together under more relaxed circumstances and with a bite to eat.

So, with that in mind, we are now going to expand our class sizes and hold them over at Greensmiths in SE1 - with a full complement of three butchers from Turner & George to help you get to grips with the essentials.

For the inaugural session, to be held on Wednesday 13th November, we shall be hosting a class of 10 people and taking you through all aspects of chicken cutting. From standard breakdown to a variety of methods for preparing dishes for the table.

Towards the end, wine will be poured and a selection of chicken dishes will be brought to the table to sample and digest, along with stimulating conversation.

At the end of the evening, each student will take away their own chicken and their very own knife to take home and practice with after.

Perfect idea then for friends to get together, or if you are looking for a group booking before Christmas.

Class starts at 7:30PM and finishes at 9PM.
