Beef Butchery Class

Our butchery classes run after hours at 399 St John St EC1 once a month. Classes are led by one of our top butchers, who will teach you how to break down a whole forerib of beef into steaks and roasting joints over a 90 minute period. The classes are a great way to get hands on with some native-breed, grass-feed meat, as well as learn essential skills to cook and prep the meat at home. Buy your ticket here, and then email ec1@turnerandgeorge.co.uk to book onto your chosen class. Please note: your confirmation email serves as your ticket, but we can provide a printable voucher on request if you've made a gift of the class and would like the recipient to be able to book their own class.
